All our products are vegan, as we do not use ingredients of animal origin.

All Elm Organics products are made with 100% natural and organic ingredients. We choose pure, plant-based ingredients that are gentle on both skin and the environment. Our formulas are free of synthetic additives like sulfates, parabens, and synthetic fragrance – only natural ingredients that nourish and protect the skin in a sustainable way.

We have chosen to certify all of our products through EcoCert Cosmos Organics, the most strictly regulated inspection and certification body globally.

Products with this certification and symbol have committed to meeting very strict criteria. Every part of the process – from ingredients to manufacturing facilities to packaging materials – must be approved. This ensures that no synthetic pesticides, herbicides or harmful chemicals are used in the growing or harvesting of our plant-based products.

Elm Organics is ClimateNeutralCertified. This means that we take responsibility for the products we produce. You as a customer can therefore be confident that our products are climate compensated.

In our products you will never find, for example; Silicones, Parabens, SLS/SLES, Dyes, Phthalates, Mineral Oils, Microplastics, PEG.

No, in all our products we only use fragrances that are 100% natural in origin. They are made by isolating fragrance molecules from essential oils, such as limonene, geraniol and linalool. These molecules are combined to create unique fragrance notes, which are then combined into our signature scents.

Natural fragrances are derived from essential oils and plant extracts and are generally considered safer and gentler on the skin than synthetic fragrances. Read more about this here .

You can find the ingredient list for each product on all product pages under " All Ingredients " . We have also highlighted the star ingredients so you can easily see the most important and effective ingredients in the product.

We work hard to ensure that your package is shipped as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. All packages are shipped within two business days at the latest, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery time depends on the country where the package is to be delivered. Normally it takes between 1-5 business days. Please note that delays may occur during special occasions or holidays.

We offer free shipping to your nearest pickup point on all orders over 599 kr.

Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can easily follow the shipment and see your delivery status.

Yes, we ship to Svalbard! Since Svalbard is considered a foreign country for customs purposes, it requires a little extra follow-up from our warehouse. To ensure a correct and smooth shipment, we ask that you send us an email when your order has been placed, and we will follow up manually.

Please note that the shipping cost is the same as long as the item value is less than 5000 NOK.

Send an email to info@elmorganics.com with your order number and return information, and we will send you a return label. Pack the goods well, preferably in the original packaging. You have 14 days to return the goods from the date of receipt, as long as:

• The product is unused and in unopened packaging.
• For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returned products that have been tried on.

When we receive your return, we will refund the order amount minus shipping costs within 14 days.

Our day cream, night cream and serum are tested for use around the eye area. They can be applied to the delicate eye area for a firming and rejuvenating effect.

Precious Face Oil is a pure facial oil that helps seal in moisture and strengthen the skin barrier. HydraGlow Bi-Phase Serum is a two-phase serum that contains active ingredients such as vitamins, antioxidants and hyaluronic acid.

The serum can be used both morning and evening, before moisturizer, and gives an incredibly nice glow with a firming effect. Face Oil can be used directly on the face or mixed into both day and night cream for extra moisture and nourishment. It is also perfect to use together with our Gua Sha, for a firming effect and increased natural glow.

Our products are developed with natural and organically certified ingredients and do not contain any harmful chemicals. However, we recommend that pregnant and breastfeeding women consult a doctor before use.

In our Skincare range, we use non-comedogenic ingredients in all our products. "Non-comedogenic" means that a product is formulated so that it does not clog the pores of the skin. This is especially important for people with oily or acne-prone skin, as clogged pores can lead to breakouts or other blemishes.

The products contain ingredients that are less likely to cause clogging and are designed to allow the skin to “breathe,” which often makes them better suited for sensitive or problem skin.

We don't have an eye cream for our Skincare collection at the moment, but the development of an eye cream is already in full swing. It is planned to be launched during the year - so stay tuned!

Our tea bags are made from PLA, which is a so-called "biopolymer material" derived from corn starch. PLA (polylactic acid) is a polymer produced by lactic acid fermentation of glucose from corn starch. This makes it a renewable and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional plastic bags.

Our tea bags do not contain microplastics. PLA is made from renewable sources and behaves differently than regular plastics. During normal use, such as when brewing tea in hot water, the material is stable and does not release microplastics. Our high-quality PLA tea bags withstand boiling water (100°C) without breaking down and do not release unwanted substances.

Yes, our Bath & Massage Oils can also be used as body oil! After showering – preferably after you have dry brushed your skin – apply the oil directly to damp skin and massage it in with circular movements. Let it absorb and enjoy silky soft and nourished skin. Perfect for daily care and extra moisture!

Medium is made from recycled nylon and has softer bristles. Perfect for beginners with dry brushing. Strong is made from plant-based sisal fibers from the agave plant.

We recommend Medium on the stomach, chest and arms and Strong on the legs.

Rinse the dry brush in lukewarm water with mild shower soap from Elm Organics. Dry the brush with the bristles facing down on a clean towel.

Yes, Nutriboost is heat-protective up to 230 degrees, which covers the temperatures of most heat tools. Most styling tools have a maximum temperature of 210–230°C, so Nutriboost helps protect hair from heat damage while providing nourishment and care.

No, Elm Organics products are completely sulfate-free. Many shampoos contain harsh sulfates like SLES and SLS, which are used to create lather and a feeling of cleanliness. Unfortunately, these can also strip the skin of its natural oils, dry out the hair and scalp, and over time weaken the skin's protective barrier. We have chosen gentle, natural ingredients that cleanse effectively without disrupting the hair and scalp's balance.

Massage the treatment into the lengths of your hair after using our organic shampoo. We recommend applying the hair treatment to towel-dried hair and leaving it on for at least 5 minutes before rinsing.

Keratin Hair Mask is a deep conditioning hair treatment that is massaged into the hair lengths after shampooing and should be rinsed out after 5-10 minutes. Nutriboost is a leave-in product that is applied to towel-dried, freshly washed hair and acts as a restorative, color-preserving and heat-protecting leave-in treatment.
