We appreciate you shopping with us, and on selected occasions we offer exclusive promotions and discount codes to add a little extra joy to your shopping experience. Here are some important points to note.

Promotions are only valid during the specified campaign period, and cannot be applied retroactively. This also applies to gift products – unfortunately we are unable to send promotional products afterwards for orders placed outside the period. The reason is both logistical and sustainable: we want to avoid unnecessary transport and consumption.

Gift products are given when the order meets the conditions of the promotion, such as a minimum order value. If you return part of your order so that it no longer meets these conditions, you keep the gift, but we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from your refund.

A discount code must be entered at checkout in the shopping cart before payment, in the field "Discount code or gift card".

Discount codes do not apply to already discounted items or to our value packages that are already discounted to very special prices - unless otherwise specified. Discount codes cannot usually be combined with promotions.

All promotions and discount codes have a validity period and cannot be activated outside this period. We recommend subscribing to our newsletter or following us on Instagram to receive exclusive offers and launches in time.
