Promotions are only valid during the specified campaign period, and cannot be re-registered afterwards. This also applies to gift products - unfortunately we are unable to re-ship promotional products to orders placed outside the period. The reason is both logistical and sustainable: We want to avoid unnecessary transport and consumption.

A discount code must be entered at checkout in the shopping cart before payment, in the field "Discount code or gift card".

Discount codes do not apply to already discounted items or to our value packages that are already discounted to very special prices - unless otherwise specified. Discount codes cannot usually be combined with promotions.

All promotions and discount codes have a validity period and cannot be activated outside this period. We recommend subscribing to our newsletter or following us on Instagram to receive exclusive offers and launches in time.
