The weekend takes place at the idyllic Thorbjørnrud Hotell, just an hour's drive from Oslo and a quick 45-minute drive from Gardermoen. A hidden gem along the shores of Randsfjorden, scenically surrounded by forests and lush countryside.

Start the day happily

Open your eyes and take part in the best start to your day. We offer Yoga, Morning Rhythm, Pilates or a Morning Bath. You choose what appeals to you!

Edible flowers on the farm & in the herb garden

Pick and taste edible flowers. What characterizes different herbs and their inherent healing properties? What are the positives of organic farming? Trip to Kvelsrud farm and walk in the field with the farmer.

Torkil will talk about the sun and how the sun can make us healthier.

The sun is the star! The sun's rays go straight into our cells and provide energy that the cells and mitochondria use in biological processes. Both UV light, infrared light and visible light affect our physiology. This underestimated energy source helps to make us healthier and is an important part of a holistic and natural approach to health.

We are looking forward to lectures with Torkil, one of the country's best and most inspiring communicators.

Jorgen Ravneberg

Chef at Kolonihagen and author of, among others, Soppsankeboka, Sankeboka and Spis mer grønt

Central to his food philosophy is the use of locally sourced, organic and sustainable ingredients. With his knowledge of cultivated plants and Norway's wild ingredients, Jørgen will inspire us to use seasonal ingredients, whether they are sourced from local farms or wild plants from nature.

Birgitte Guest

" Community and Diversity "


We need space for community and diversity. To take care of ourselves and our planet, we need to think both individually and relationally - nationally and globally - but also psychosocially.

Birgitte works daily as an individual, couple and group therapist. She gives lectures and courses and has a master's degree in psychology from the University of Oslo, with a focus on trauma. She is also a Gestalt therapist with many years of experience as a college lecturer at the Norwegian Gestalt Institute. Gjestvang has education in meditation and body-oriented therapy. She is a yoga teacher and runs the podcast YOGA FOR LIFE in collaboration with Nøsen yoga and mountain hotel.

Sine is the founder and CEO of Elm Organics, and is passionate about her work to create a new global standard for clean cosmetics, which does not harm human health, animals or the ocean.

Sine Stokke has a background as a chemical engineer with a specialty in environmental technology and an MA in Management of Technology.

Hedda Norevik Gasmann

New lecture 2025: "What should we eat to live a long life in the best possible health?"


Hedda has a master's degree in clinical nutrition and has specialized in plant-based diets and lifestyle diseases.

At Green Revolution weekend, she is looking forward to diving into the studies of those who live the longest in good health and looking at their habits and what they eat.

Pilates

Heidi Rydjord

"Relieving, but effective training"


Heidi has extensive experience in the fitness industry. She is educated at the Norwegian School of Sports Medicine and worked as a personal trainer for several years.

She has been teaching Pilates and Yoga for over 20 years and is a certified Pilates instructor and Yoga instructor. Heidi is now in her 4th and final year of the Gestalt Therapy program.

Yoga

Anneli Mjoen

"Yoga for the immune system & the heart"


Anneli is a yoga teacher, trauma therapist, author and is firmly established in the community. She has taught full-time at Oslo Yoga since 2007 and has developed the Holistic Yoga Therapy program. Anneli has published the books “Yoga for the Whole Family” and Traumefri, which was published in 2024.

We are very excited that Anneli will be coming to Green Revolution weekend with her unique form of yoga.
