We are celebrating five years of Elm Organics, and we are drawing for a trip for two with SeaDream Yacht Club among our customers. Here are the rules for the drawing.

August 13 to August 31, 2026, inclusive. Please note that the competition runs longer than the anniversary campaign, which ends on August 21. You can therefore qualify up until August 31.

You are automatically entered into the drawing when you spend 2,500 Norwegian kroner or more in a single order on elmorganics.com during the competition period. No registration is required.

The amount is calculated after any discount and excludes shipping. A single order must reach the amount threshold. Multiple orders will not be combined. Gift card purchases do not count.

You must be 18 years of age or older and reside in Norway. Employees of Clean Innovation AS and their immediate family members may not participate.

If all or part of the order is returned, causing the amount to fall below 2,500 Norwegian kroner, participation will be forfeited.

The winner will be drawn randomly from all qualifying entries in mid-September 2026.

The winner will be notified at the email address used for the purchase.

The winner receives a 7-day SeaDream cruise for two people, valued at over 100,000 NOK.

The prize includes:

• 7 days full board on board
• House wine and non-alcoholic beverages
• One 60-minute massage per person with Elm Organics spa massage oils

The prize does not include:

• Flights or other transport to and from the port of departure
• Travel insurance
• Passport, visa or other necessary travel documents
• Shore excursions beyond what is specified above
• Personal expenses on board, including internet, laundry services and other additional purchases

The prize is personal and cannot be transferred to others, exchanged for cash, or replaced with other goods or services.

The winner must confirm in writing that the prize is accepted within 14 days of the notification of winning being sent. If the organizer does not receive confirmation within the deadline, the organizer reserves the right to draw a new winner.

• The trip can be booked a maximum of two months prior to departure.
• The trip must be booked by April 1, 2027, at the latest.
• If the prize is not booked by the deadline, it will be forfeited.
• If the desired departure is fully booked, the organizer reserves the right to offer another available departure or an equivalent trip without additional compensation.

The organiser is not liable for delays, changes or cancellations due to circumstances beyond the organiser's control, including war, pandemic, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions or other force majeure events.

If SeaDream, due to circumstances beyond the organiser's control, can no longer deliver the relevant trip, the prize lapses without further liability for damages on the part of the organiser.

The organiser is not liable for indirect losses or consequential costs as a result of the prize not being able to be carried out as originally planned.

Any tax implications or duties arising from the prize are the winner's responsibility.

To administer the competition and conduct the prize distribution, Clean Innovation AS processes necessary personal data, including name and contact information. The data is used solely for the administration of the competition and prize distribution, and is processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be decided by Asker and Bærum District Court as the legal venue.
