Discover summer drinks made with our organic Elm teas. Perfect for when you want something that feels a little extra – whether you're enjoying long summer evenings, garden parties, or quiet moments in the sun.
All recipes are based on a cold tea concentrate and can easily be adjusted to taste.
Fresh, floral and completely alcohol-free
ELM Lavender Glow
An elegant summer drink with lavender, pomegranate, and mint. Perfect when you want something crisp and refreshing with beautiful color and natural glow.
You will need:
- 2 parts cold Potion of Peace tea
- 1 part pomegranate juice
- Lime juice to taste
- Fresh lemon balm leaves
Instructions:
Mix the tea and pomegranate juice. Add lime juice to taste and serve cold with mint leaves.
A refreshing alternative to sparkling wine
ELM Lavender Breeze
Light, floral, and with delicate bubbles. Perfect for summer celebrations.
You will need:
- 2 parts cold Potion of Peace tea
- 1–2 parts rhubarb juice
- Lime juice to taste
- Sparkling water or club soda
Instructions:
Mix the tea and rhubarb juice. Add lime juice to taste and top with sparkling water right before serving.
Tip: Apple juice provides a milder and sweeter variation.
Fresh, clean, and invigorating
ELM Energy Elixir Summer Spritz
A light summer drink with citrus and mint – more like an elegant tonic than a sweet cordial.
You will need:
- 2 parts cold Energy Elixir tea
- 1 part sparkling apple juice
- Lemon or lime
- 1–2 tsp honey or agave (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and serve cold. Add sparkling water just before serving if you want extra bubbles.
Round, fresh and herbaceous-floral
ELM Herbal Harmony Rosé Cooler
An alcohol-free summer drink with an elegant rosé touch.
You will need:
- 2 parts cold Herbal Harmony tea
- 2 parts raspberry juice
- Lemon or orange juice
- Rosemary sprig
- Sparkling water
Instructions:
Mix the tea with the raspberry juice and citrus. Top with sparkling water just before serving and garnish with rosemary.
Tip: Replace the raspberry juice with pomegranate juice for a more mature flavor.
Basic recipe
Cold baste – the foundation for all recipes
You will need:
- 4 heaped teaspoons of Elm tea
- Approx. 7 dl water
Directions:
Steep the tea for 8–10 minutes (or longer for a stronger taste). Strain the tea and chill in the refrigerator before use.
