How to use Gua Sha?
Gua Sha is a wonderful tool for both the face and body, known to stimulate blood circulation, reduce tension and give the skin a healthier appearance. Learn how to use our Gua Sha Sculptor and make it part of your skincare routine. With regular use, it can help lift and tone the skin and give both the face and body a natural glow.

Preparations before use
Start by thoroughly cleansing your skin to remove dirt and makeup. Make sure your hands and Gua Sha stone are also clean.
Apply a few drops of facial oil or body oil to the area you are going to massage. The oil helps the stone glide easily and smoothly over the skin without tugging. Now you can begin the gua sha massage.

Face
Before you start with your face, it's important to open up your lymph nodes to maximize the effect. Start by massaging your armpits, the tops of your collarbones, and behind your ears, repeating each movement ten times. This prepares your body to eliminate waste products and provides an optimal starting point for the massage.

Step by step
1. Jawline : Using the curved edge, pull from the center of the chin along the jawline and up towards the ear. When you reach the ear, turn the Gua Sha stone to the long side and stroke the stone down from the ear, down the neck and towards the collarbone.
2. Cheeks : Pull from the nose and diagonally upwards towards the cheekbone and outwards towards the ears. Pull once and then move down a little and pull again. Continue a little further down to the middle of the chin and pull one last time. Repeat on both sides for a lifting effect.
3. Under the eyes: Using the flat edge, gently pull from the bridge of the nose under the eye and out towards the temple. Use light pressure to avoid straining the sensitive skin.
4. Forehead : Start at the center of the forehead and move horizontally towards the temple. Then, move upwards from the eyebrows towards the hairline to smooth lines and reduce tension.
5. Eyebrow: Draw upwards along the brow bone, from the inside outwards.
6. Lips: Swipe over lips back and forth about five times for a plumping effect.

A luxurious beauty routine

Body
1. Neck and shoulders : Use the long side of the stone to pull from the shoulder up towards the neck with medium pressure. Repeat 5-10 times to relieve tension.
2. Arms : Pull the Gua Sha from the wrist up towards the elbow, then towards the shoulder. Use medium to firm pressure.
3. Legs : Starting at the ankle, pull the Gua Sha up the calf and thigh towards the hip. Take 3-5 strokes in each area, repeating until you have gone over the entire thigh. This stimulates blood circulation and can help reduce the appearance of cellulite.
4. Waist and Back : Use long, smooth strokes along the waist and lower back to release tension and promote relaxation.
