How to use the BODY BRUSH?

Step 1 - Start with your feet

Start with one foot and brush in even, gentle strokes upwards towards the heart. Continue with light strokes up the leg from ankle to thigh covering the front and back. When you reach the hip, repeat on the other leg.

Step 2 - Continue upwards from hip to back

After covering both legs, brush upwards from the hips to the lower back. Continue brushing up the back as far as you can comfortably reach.

Step 3 - Stomach to collarbone

To stimulate energy flow, gently brush upwards from the abdomen to the chest. Start at the bottom of the right side and work upward with strokes towards the ribs. Avoid areas with sensitive, damaged or irritated skin.

Step 4 - Wrist to shoulder

Start with your right palm and then move the strokes up the arm towards the shoulder, brushing both the front and back. Repeat on the left arm. Always remember to brush towards the heart.

Step 5 - Shower or bath

After 1-3 minutes of dry brushing, you can take a shower or bath.

Step 6 - Replenish with moisture

Then apply our Marvellous Oil Blend to your body. It gives a lovely feeling of well-being, and healthy, glowing skin. We recommend dry brushing 2-3 times a week (Elm Founder, Linn, uses dry brushing every day!)
